Siam River, Kevin Cory, local live sashimi, sake, mutton snapper, squirrelfish, doctorfish, parrotfish and tilefish. Marinated simmered live northern whelk, simmered fresh octopus, marinated fresh gizzard shad, fresh squid broiled with dungeness crab liver (kanimiso), marinated fresh boston mackerel topped with vinegared white seaweed, simmered fresh sea eel, shrimp omelet, fresh blanched seaweed, homemade daikon rice bran pickles and fresh grated wasabi
