Along side the great Mount Hakusan in Ishikawa, Japan is Chef Kevin Cory's family's sake brewery, Nakamura Brewery established since the 1800's. The heart of our Nichiei Sake is the first grade sake rice, Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku. Our Yamada Nishiki rice is lovingly grown by sake masters in the rural Noto, Ishikawa peninsula during the very cold winters to bring out a rich taste and smooth texture.
Very high quality hinoki trees were used to build Nakamura Brewery which has been designated as a cultural asset of Kanazawa, Japan.
We are proud to announce Nakamura Brewery will debut their finest sakes to the United States at the grand opening of Chef Kevin Cory's new restaurant, NAOE®, Miami. |
